Our documents state "at least 14 days before every election of directors, a complete list of those persons entitled to vote at said election shall be prepared by the secretary. Such list shall be produced and kept for said 14 days and throughout the election at the office of the Association and shall be open to examination by any persons entitled to vote throughout such time". My question is is the list then closed or do others still have the right to produce a voting certificate?

This is just a list of Members in Good Standing who are entitled to vote. It could change at any time. It just directs the office to get an "official list" which will be brought to the meeting for verifying any member's voting status.
