A new volunteer organization has been formed in Connecticut, called the Connecticut Condo Owners Coalition (CCOC). It is working on getting legislation passed that will help protect and support owners of common interest property in CT. If you want to learn more about this organization, you can email your questions and comments to [email protected] There is no membership fee associated with joining this group.
