Does anyone in the Phoenix/Mesa area have a recomendation for a management company? The current management doesn't seem to remember anything that is discussed in board meetings for implementation. Also a company that takes your community seriously with spending time on property to make sure everything is the way it should be and that all matters are taken care of.

Can't help you, Donald but those bad MC are not unique to the Phoenix/Mesa area. Sept 1st we hired a new MC, (not the bid I submitted) but was out voted. I just found out today that our utility bills have not been paid (delinquent as of 11/13/06). They also have failed to change the mailing address for the old MC. I called the utility company and was told the "cut off" notice was going out tomorrow and actual "cut off" date is Dec.6th. I sent the President(MC she picked) and Treasurer this information, something they should have been aware of. Is seems I have read on this forum many times, it's the BOD's responsiblity to see to it that things are being done and to keep on top of the MC. I don't think the HO's would have been to happy with no street lights....Wonder what else they have failed to do!! I have tried for 2 weeks to get records from the President and the treasurer but because they are upset w/me, I have received nothing. Guess I have to go the regristered letter route. That seems a ridiculous route for a Board secretary to have to do. There has also been no change in the common area maintenance or violations. I have recomended that the Board from the beginning (Jan) that we re[lace the 30+ dead shurbs, repair the stone columns that the top 3/4 inches have fallen off plus other much needed repairs. A couple of days ago, I went to check the entrance to our subdivision for electricity, I would like to decorate for Christmas, I found no outlets but I did find that those stones are falling off too. If I can't get the other 2 Board members to act on these problems or the MC(which they should be instructed to do so by the Board), what can I do? The place is literally falling apart and we are only four(4) years old. Did I fail to mention, we did have two(2) fountains when we purchased, now there are none working(since April).
