Does anyone have an example of an introduction letter that would be sent to residents when taking over the management of the association?

This is the one our new management company used of course on pretty letterhead. I scanned it into word and redacted out the names and phone #'s because I don't have permission from the company to share them. Hope it helps. Along with the letter were attached service request forms, architectural request, complaint forms and direct deposit signup sheet.
