good insurance companies?

State Farm insures our condos but is going up from approximately $8500 to over $14,000

Are there some other companies that handle condos that are worthwhile?

Not knowing whether you are in a hurricane area or not does not give enough information. Also, this site has requested that we NOT supply names of individuals or companies in the replies.

My best advise to you is to contact your State Insurance Commissioner for a list of companies that insure HOA's in your area. Some companies will not insure anyone in the hurricane zones as you well may know.
