Who can attend executive session? Specifically, can Boards invite a guest that is important to the topic?

Deborah, I see you've posted this twice. I'm not sure what the state statutes are in your state. In Florida an Executive Session is restricted to only Board Members, Association Attorney and any other person who is invited by the Board...relating to the issue.
