I am President of an HOA in Cambridge, Maryland. We are a small community of about 110 homes with a potential to grow to about 200. I am lokoing to start a President's forum to discuss issues and bounce ideas off each other to try and help out each Community. If your interested please answer this post.

Dan,

you will find that most of the posters on this forum to be current or past Board members. Most have served in multiple offices including that of President. There are many from Maryland.
