Has anyone ever deal with continental management company of Florida? What has been your experience with them?

If you are referring to The Continental Group, they were among 3 companies that we considered for management services. Their proposal was comprehensive and their fees were very competitive. We decided to go with a smaller, local company. If we have to go out for bid again, I would definitely consider them.

As with the larger management companies, they appear to be made up of a series of smaller acquisitions. Consequently, depending on the PM office you end up working with your experience may vary...greatly.

We are in process of replacing Continental right now in our community, for a smaller locally based organization. Other board members, have worked with other Continental offices nearby and have had an entirely satisfactory experience.

Large company at times I felt that we were ignored. Our manager was great, she left to pursue another career, we switched to a less expensive company.
