Need a link to Davis Stirling on Board member attendance at board meetings. How missed meetings before possible relieving of office? Must they be consecutive? Do executive sessions count?

There is no requirement in Davis Stirling or California Corporation Code that addreses this. It must be in your Bylaws. We just re-wrote our Bylaws this past summer and include that as one of our provisions. The link below might help you
