Can the Board send the delinquent owners letters for collection of HOA dues? Apparently the management company and the attorney has done very little. Also can we informed the paying home owners of who these people are?

1. Your Board should have a step by step procedure for dealing with delinquent dues. Your Manager takes direction from the Board; your lawyer takes direction from the Board.

2. Why would you want to discuss one homeowner's financial status with another homeowner? Keep mum while the procedure developed by the board plays out.

3. Your board DOES have a procedure to follow, doesn't it?
