Can someone recommend a reputable collection agency in Central Florida? Also we maybe looking at a management company also?

LOL, I can tell you who not to use.
I also live in Central Fl, and our managment company is doing the same thing you have talked about. We use Sentry. I am currently not on the Board, but I am hoping to get elected next year in Feb. Once that happens, I am hoping to makes changes.

I am not in Fl., but have recent experiences in VA and can tell you, look carefully at their fee structure. Does you no good at all to hire a collection agency to pursue a debt that their ending bill is larger than.
