I could not access the first link: no response

I found the second website to be nothing more than a "bully pulpit" for the owner of the site to air his/her dislikes of living in an HOA!

Despite the fact that this website is geared for Board members, committee members and property managers, we all are also homeowner/members of associations. Most of us have see and heard it all so these two links that you posted are just-----well--------just saying!!
