Just wondering if it's proper for the Condo Association Manager to sign all contracts? Sometimes I would think that the Board or Contracts Committee of the Board should sign contracts. What's correct or common?

Linda, we only sign agreements when the Board has approved our management company to do so. Otherwise a CAM would be placing themselves in jeopardy to do so.

The BOD can pass on whatever duties they deem proper to the mgr. However, I would like to think the BOD has reviewed the contracts b/4 the mgr signs them.
