Reading another thread of yours makes me certain that you needs to just bite the bullet and hire an attorney to get your association straightened out. This may be a long and expensive process because you do not seem to know what kind of an association you are, if you ever were filed as a co-op , if you have current documents, what Statutes you follow and a whole lot more issues that need to be fixed and shared with your members. Until then, no one here can help you because we don't have a clue as to what is correct information on who you association is.. Sorry

Donna,we are so frustrated,everytime we suggest to hire an attorney to fix or what ever,the papers, is voted down, and what would two or three gaing spending money,to fix everybody's problem? But I really thank you, and just hate to seat and watch the abuse, and harrasement, and nobody doing anything. thanks your are wonderful.

Our condo uses Becker & Poliakoff. Their web site is" www.becker-poliakoff.com. This is a firm with many offices and when a condo or HOA contracts with them, there is a specific 'team' for the association. They also offer free seminars for Board members and these are held in various locations throughout Fl.

Adriana, I'm in Pinellas county, too. Follow the lead of the suggestions you've been given. Becker/Policoff is the best!
