I'm interested in getting the wording for any covenants that allow parking of boats or RVs on the homeowners property during designated dates (May 1 - Sept 1)
Thanks

I don't have any example to show you, but this has been a big problem in our association. We allow for 21 days (per season) and up to two nights in a row at a time. The problem is, its very hard to enforce in any accurate manner.

Our covenants contain the following wording: "Self-propelled Motor Homes, Travel Trailers, and RV's used for camping may be used on all lots for periods not exceeding 8 months (April through November) provided such temporary facilities are at least 25 feet from the nearest side line, at least 60 feet from the front easement line and are discreetly screened either by shrubbery and/or trees so as to be reasonably out of sight of the roadway." Maybe that will help you.
