All the charges imposed by the mgmt co must be outlined in their contract with the HOA. Are you a board member or a member who's been hit with a charge by the mgmt co for a violation letter or an assessment rebilling?

What paperwork are they charging you for? Is the paperwork considered above and beyond the standard duties of a property manager or is it for something basic like a fine?
