DARCO has been a sponsor on this site since early on after being advised of its existence by Tom Hindman. I started posting and the owner asked if our company wanted to be a sponsor. We chose to do so because I think this site provided an excellent forum to assist HOA Board members and homeowners who need help. It is the only advertising DARCO has ever done. We are a small company and very selective regarding accepting clients - we even have an unlisted phone! We have made the decision to not longer financially support this site, but I will continue to provide input as time permits. During the past several years I have learned as much as I helped and have made many friends through numerous phone conversations.

The bad news is that HOATalk losses a sponser but the good news is that you will stay with us. I have learned much from your input and have copied a few things that I will need in our future turnover from our Developer. Thank you for all of your expertise. We all appreciate you. DonnS

Thank you for all your input and I am glad you will be around as time allows. Like Donna I also have saved numerous copies of information you have provided as we also are trying to transition from the Developer to homeowners. You have been a big help to alot of us!!!
