This is to offer additional information which I had not made clear on my first post. There are two seperate budgets--one for the master and one for the sub. Residentsd in the sub pay for landscaping on both budgets because there is two different companies. We also pay for the homes to be pressure washed on both budgets. The master association doesn't pay us anything for these services but we have to pay for theirs. As far as upkeep on pool and upkeep on clubhouse gate maintenance and so on I agree we have to pay for. The builder for these condos left two years ago and at that time it was decided to have these two seperate hoa's. But before that the fees were paid to the master and we received value for our money. Our insurance was also being paid. We think that we should have to pay for landscaping and pressure washing only once. Thanks to everyone for input.
