Greetings All!

WOW! I am totally excited that I accidentally stumbled upon this Website/Message Forum! Kudos to: Community123.com !

But I have looked and looked? I was hoping you had a Section on your Message Board "Just For INTRODUCTIONS"?

I think it would be a great way for ALL your visitors to check out other Community Websites all over the Country! And I understand your concern for people abusing your Forum to Advertise for something they are selling? I am very familiar with that 'type' of thing.........I have had Our Free Community Website since 2003! And I promise you I am NOT selling anything! We are just sharing info as are you!

Sharon! Thank You for your Post! I visited your website: Northgate Townhouse HOA ........Awesome Website! But I was really hoping your website included a Message Board/Forum?

Our Community Website includes a Message Board at rl1234 dot com

Hmmmmmmm? It is too bad this "Forum" at HOATalk.com does NOT allow the ability to Post Links?

Or to make the posts colorful etc?

Our HOA Manager has been a "Total Jerk" since 2003! He absolutely refuses to show any transparency whatsoever! Nor does he allow any of the Home Owners here in River Landing an opportunity to "Have A Say In Our HOA"!

Thanks for compliment and feed back.
We actually have a spot called neighborhood shout out where people can post things, but it hasn't been used. My husband can actually put up a message board if I ever feel like getting is started. However, we have a facebook page as well. So far it's mostly neighbors complaining about other neighbors so I really hate to give them another forum to continue the negativity.

Sharon......we recently also got a Face Book page, but it is NOT being used except for only a couple of Home Owners.....sigh.

But the best part about Our Message Board? Is that as the moderator? I am able to change Cuss Words to stuff such as D#MN and S%@T etc and it does also have a Profanity Filter....however.......on occassion I like to use a couple of innocuous cuss words myself.........

And of course.........the Moderator has the ability to even delete Posts if necessary........even "ban" certain posters!

Because our Message Board has a lot of "Fun Features" and I maintain a Mailing List whereby I send our E-Mail Newsletters about twice a Month with links to certain Topics on our Message Board? We have enjoyed several visits/posts from Home Owners!

And my Newest "Ventures" will be my most rewarding ever! I am web master of: HOA1234 Dot Com ~ HOA-BUSTERS Dot Com ~ in addition to our community site: rl1234 dot com

I build websites as a Hobby.....over 200 World Wide ...and they are ALL done FOR FREE!

I am busy truing to spread the word for every Home Owner in America with an HOA? To create their own Website/Message Board............allowing every single Home Owner a chance to: "Have A Say In Their HOA!" - 24/7 365 Days a Year! - from the convenience of their Home Computer! I hate it that just a half dozen Board Members get to sit in "judgement" like "Royalty" deciding on issues concerning their Community? NO! Every single 'issue' should be voted on by every single Home Owner in the Community using the INTERNET!
