In South Florida, does anyone know the standard fee to retain a Management Company for a small HOA?

We just solicited bids for a PM and found no 'standard' bid. Prices ranged from $5.00 to $10.00 per door, per month. You need to check with multiple vendors.

We are in SW FL.

We are located in the Treasure Coast - 500+ homes and pay $8.00/month per property. That seems to be the average price in our area.
