I need an outstanding application form to screen out candidates for board of directors. A large 1000+ homes, 2600 residents and our next election looks to be a free for all. The developer wants to get rid of the current board and elect his family/friends. He is already having his attorney working on proxy forms etc., please send form to [email protected] thanks

If an individual or company owns several properties and have paid assessments on a portion but not all of their property. Can they vote those properties that the assessments have been paid or may the Board say no, you must have assessments paid on all the property you own before you can vote. The board believes that assessments must be current on all the property you own before you can vote Period.
