My bylaws state if you do not pay your assessment your property may be liened. The HOA does not have lien rights (no CCR's) Bylaws also state this is a mandatory HOA. Instead of placing a lien, the HOA is locking people out of common property. This prevents anyone from defending a lien in court and have all the skeltons come out of the closet. They dont follow the bylaws at all and the "assessment" is whatever amount they want to bill you for..no vote, when it is discussed at a meeting you have no idea how much money it will be until you get the bill or series of bills
What do you think about this?
