Has anyone else in Florida started dealing with renters of homeowners that are delinquent in their dues -

Letter to pay rent to the association instead of the homeowner?
Eviction letters to renters because they are not paying the HOA?

Just curious - we have sent our first round of letters renters (and the owners) of delinquent homes. Some have complied - some have not and we are currently pursuing eviction on those that did not comply.

Just wondering if anyone else is using this new process to their advantage and what results they are having?

We have sent our 1st round too. We just voted to start the eviction on 1 unit and the renter moved before we could evict them.

So far, so good! We've only got one homeowner/landlord that was seriously delinquent and we received our first month's rent Sept. 1st! Next payment due Oct. 1st. Funny thing is...this homeowner resides with another homeowner who we're foreclosing on. Neither one of them are paying.
