call Taylor and Carls - they are in Orlando - not sure where you are but they do the work for our HOA and they do a great job

Instead of asking who is the best HOA trial lawyer in FL you should be asking what FL HOA attorneys work for members. Most of the HOA attorneys only work for boards; generally it's very difficult to find a good HOA attorney willing to work for a member. I live in the Phx area where there are a large number of HOA attorneys and I know of only 1 firm that works for the members.
